Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Tibbory. This policy explains how and where we ship.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping cost
We offer one flat-rate shipping option: Standard Shipping — $4.99 per order.

Processing & delivery time
Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from the date your order is placed. This window includes the time we need to process and hand off your order. Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. Most orders arrive within about 2–3 weeks.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delays
Occasionally delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, high order volume, weather, or other factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we'll help.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.

Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking hasn't updated or your package appears lost, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
